This Cookie Policy explains how Archireef Limited and itsaffiliates (together, "Archireef", "we", "us", or"our") use cookies and similar technologies on www.archireef.co (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy (AR-PRV-001), which describes how we handle personal data more generally.

This Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Site, regardless of the country orregion from which you access it. It is published in line with the requirementsof the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, the UAE Personal DataProtection Law, the EU and UK GDPR (including the ePrivacy Directive), and the California CCPA / CPRA.

We rely onGoogle's Data Processing Terms — which incorporate the Standard ContractualClauses approved by the European Commission and comparable safeguards — and onGoogle's published technical and organisational measures, supplemented byIP-anonymisation at our end.

7.  Updates to this Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy if we add, remove, or changecookies or similar technologies on the Site. If we add advertising or marketingtags in the future (for example, the LinkedIn Insight Tag or the Meta Pixel),we will revise this Policy, update the cookie banner, and seek fresh consentbefore any such tag is allowed to set cookies on your device.
